In Touch Exhibition|Skateboard installation

The is a collaboration project with the National Museum of History. The skateboard installation, designed by Changchien Shihyang, depicts the white elephant and the green lion, symbolizing people's hope for peace and prosperity in life. According to legend, they were tamed by Manjushri and Samantabhadra, and they can be regarded as the "tools of transportation" for the two bodhisattvas. The concept transformed and is replaced by skateboards, which is a tool for transportation for today. This piece emphasizes traditional culture across the era and produces a new aesthetic of form, carrying people's beliefs from ancient times to the present.
